RESET
One-on-One Career Development Sessions
Sometimes you just need a clear, focused conversation with someone who takes your experience seriously.
RESET is a single, structured career development session for women navigating change, re-direction, or re-entry — and who want practical clarity without pressure to reinvent themselves.
In each session we work together to:

Sessions are booked one at a time. Some women find one session gives them what they need. Others return as their situation evolves. Either way, you leave with greater clarity and a clear direction forward.

RENEW
Integrated Career + Counselling-Informed Sessions
60–75 minutes | $190 | Booked one session at a time
Sometimes the career question and the emotional question are the same question.
RENEW is for women navigating career decisions alongside something deeper — low confidence, anxiety, grief, an identity shift, or the accumulated weight of too much change at once. When those things are present, practical career advice alone rarely lands. You need space to work with the whole picture.
These sessions bring together career development strategies and counselling-informed support, so we can move between the practical and the personal as the conversation needs.
In each session we work together to:

RENEW is booked one session at a time but is most supportive when used across three to six sessions, allowing trust and momentum to build over time.
A good fit if you're finding it hard to take action, or if the career question feels tangled up with how you're feeling about yourself right now.
REBUILD
Tailored Multi-Session Programs
4 or 6 sessions | $700 – $1,100 | Payment arrangements discussed at booking
Some things can't be worked through in a single session. REBUILD is for women who are ready for a supported, structured journey — with a clear beginning, middle, and end.
This is not a course or a formula. It's a program shaped around you — your history, your priorities, and where you want to get to.

Your program draws on career guidance and planning, counselling-informed support, reflection and accountability, and practical tools and resources — in whatever combination best serves where you are.
The difference between four and six sessions is space and pace. Four sessions offer a focused, purposeful arc. Six sessions allow more room for depth, complexity, and consolidation. We'll talk through what feels right during your discovery call.

Concession Availability
A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available for women experiencing financial constraint or holding a valid concession card. Please feel welcome to enquire when making contact.
These services are designed for women aged 40+ navigating career change;
it is not a crisis counselling or job placement service.
Career development is a process, not a single destination. Some women find the support they need within a few sessions. Others benefit from returning over time as their situation continues to evolve.
REBUILD programs offer a structured stage of that journey — not a promise of completion in four or six sessions.
You are welcome to continue working together beyond a program if that feels right.
