Service Description
This is a focused, one-to-one RESET session designed around you — your experience, your questions, and where you want to get to. There is no set formula to follow. We begin where you are. In your session we will work together to clarify what matters most to you at this stage of life, explore realistic directions, and identify next steps that feel genuinely achievable. You'll leave with greater clarity and a clearer sense of what comes next. RESET sessions are 50–60 minutes and held online via Microsoft Teams in a calm, confidential setting. Further sessions can be booked one at a time as your situation evolves. Duration: 50–60 minutes | Investment: $125 | Delivered online via Microsoft Teams
