Service Description

This is a session where you can arrive exactly as you are. RENEW sessions are designed for women navigating career decisions alongside something deeper — whether that's low confidence, anxiety, grief, an identity shift, or simply the weight of too much change at once. You don't need to have it together before we begin. That's what this space is for. These sessions bring together career development strategies and counselling-informed support, so we can move between the practical and the personal as the conversation needs. Nothing is pushed aside or hurried. We work with the whole picture — because for most women at this stage, the career question and the life question are rarely separate. Your session is 60–75 minutes, held online via Microsoft Teams in a calm, confidential setting. RENEW sessions are booked one at a time, and many women find the most benefit in returning across several sessions as trust and momentum build over time. You are in the right place.
