You've had your discovery call and you're ready to commit to something more structured — and that's a significant and worthwhile step. Your REBUILD program is built around you — your history, your priorities, and where you want to get to. This is not a course or a formula. It's a focused, four-session arc with a clear beginning, middle, and end, giving you the structure and continuity to make real progress over time. Across your sessions we work together to make sense of where you've been, recognise the real value of your experience, rebuild confidence and self-trust, and develop a practical plan grounded in who you are now. Career guidance, counselling-informed support, reflection, and practical tools are woven in as needed — in whatever combination best serves where you are. Four sessions offer a purposeful, focused arc — enough space to go beneath the surface and come away with genuine clarity and direction. Each session is approximately 60–75 minutes, held online via Microsoft Teams in a calm, confidential setting. Your program investment is $700, discussed and confirmed at booking.
